Rare Breed Traditional Pork

We produce the finest old-fashioned pork from the best traditional breeds.  They are free range, and are allowed to mature slowly.  Most older breeds of pigs have more fat than the modern intensively reared pigs. This gives the meat succulence and flavour — the way pork used to taste!  It also means you get absolutely brilliant crackling.  We also make our own traditional sausages, using our own pork.
